You can permanently delete your Pocket Games
account and all data associated with it. This page explains both
options.
Option A — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Pocket Games on your device.
- Tap the gear icon (top-right) to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
in the red “Danger zone” section.
- Confirm the warning dialog → re-authenticate with Google →
type the confirmation keyword (
confirm in English,
conferma in Italian) → tap Delete.
- Your account, all synced game records and the “Remove ads”
purchase status will be permanently erased from our cloud.
The app will then sign you out.
Option B — Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access it, send
an email to:
[email protected]
Include in the message:
- The Google account email you used to sign into Pocket Games.
- A brief request such as: “Please delete my Pocket Games account
and all associated data.”
We will process the request within 30 days and
reply when the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your profile document (
users/{uid} on Firebase
Firestore): email, display name, ad-removal purchase status
(“Remove ads”, “Remove banner ads”, “Remove interstitial ads”), account
creation timestamp.
- All your game records (
users/{uid}/records/*) on
Firestore.
- Your Firebase Authentication user (so the same Google account
is treated as new at next sign-in).
- Local data on the device used at the time of deletion (saves,
records, preferences) except the language preference.
What is retained
- Google Play purchase history: in-app purchases
such as “Remove ads” are recorded by Google Play under your
Google account, not by us. We cannot delete that record. If you
sign in again with the same Google account in a new install,
Google Play may automatically restore the purchase.
- Anonymized crash logs: stored by Firebase
Crashlytics for up to 90 days for stability monitoring. They do
not contain personal information.
- Aggregated analytics: not user-identifiable.
Data retention beyond the points above does not exist for your
account.
Note: deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, the
same Google account, on next sign-in, will be treated as a brand
new user with no records.

- Apri Pocket Games sul tuo dispositivo.
- Tocca l'icona ingranaggio in alto a destra per aprire le
Impostazioni.
- Scorri fino in fondo e tocca Elimina account
nella sezione rossa “Zona pericolosa”.
- Conferma il dialog di avviso → riautenticati con Google →
scrivi la parola chiave di conferma (

Elimina.
- Il tuo account, tutti i record di gioco sincronizzati e lo
stato d'acquisto “Rimuovi pubblicità” verranno cancellati in
modo definitivo dal nostro cloud. L'app ti disconnetterà.
Opzione B — Richiesta via email
Se hai già disinstallato l'app o non puoi accedervi, invia
un'email a:

Includi nel messaggio:
- L'email del Google account usato per accedere a Pocket Games.
- Una breve richiesta tipo: “Per favore eliminate il mio account
Pocket Games e tutti i dati associati.”
Processeremo la richiesta entro 30 giorni e
risponderemo a conferma dell'avvenuta cancellazione.
Cosa viene cancellato
- Il tuo documento di profilo (
users/{uid} su
Firebase Firestore): email, nome, stato degli acquisti che tolgono
la pubblicità (“Rimuovi pubblicità”, “Rimuovi i banner”,
“Rimuovi gli interstitial”),
timestamp di creazione account.
- Tutti i tuoi record di gioco (
users/{uid}/records/*)
su Firestore.
- Il tuo utente Firebase Authentication (al prossimo accesso, lo
stesso Google account verrà trattato come nuovo).
- I dati locali sul dispositivo in uso al momento dell'eliminazione
(salvataggi, record, preferenze), eccetto la preferenza di
lingua.
Cosa viene conservato
- Storia degli acquisti Google Play: gli
acquisti in-app come “Rimuovi pubblicità” sono registrati da
Google Play sotto il tuo Google account, non da noi. Non
possiamo cancellare quel record. Se accedi nuovamente con lo
stesso Google account in una nuova installazione, Google Play
potrebbe ripristinare automaticamente l'acquisto.
- Log di crash anonimi: conservati da Firebase
Crashlytics fino a 90 giorni per monitoraggio della stabilità.
Non contengono informazioni personali.
- Analytics aggregate: non riconducibili
all'utente.
Non viene conservato altro relativo al tuo account oltre ai punti
qui sopra.
Nota: l'eliminazione è irreversibile. Una volta
cancellato, lo stesso Google account verrà trattato al prossimo
accesso come un nuovo utente senza alcun record.
